This is a short animation I made of the cell membrane, AKA phospholipid bilayer, showing a transfer of ions through the ion channel. I made this using Cinema 4D and After Effects. There are a lot of cool techniques I used to make this including mograph, dynamics, spline modeling..etc. I will be making a tutorial for this shortly so stay tuned.
